Real estate has always been more than houses to me, it’s about people, their stories, and the moments that shape a life.

A home is where families grow, where fresh starts happen, where memories are made, and where stability is built. That’s why I believe buying or selling a home deserves not only excellent service but real support, clarity, and care.

I was born in Bayonne, New Jersey, and grew up in a small town in Western New York. Life eventually took me to Jacksonville, Florida, then to Baltimore, Maryland, and finally to York, Pennsylvania, which has been home for the past 13 years. Having lived in so many places has given me a deep understanding of what moving really means, not just the logistics, but the emotions and transitions that come with it.

I’m also a former military wife, which shaped who I am in a big way. It taught me how to stay calm under pressure, how to adapt quickly, and how to keep moving forward even when life feels uncertain, qualities that serve my clients extremely well in today’s real estate market.

At home, my life is full of energy and personality. I’m a proud mom of three active sons, stepmom to three beautiful daughters, and the owner of three Siberian Huskies. Between wild boys, hormonal daughters and huskies with opinions, I’ve been told I have the patience of a saint… and I’ll admit, I’ve earned that title. 😉

That patience, persistence, and ability to problem-solve carries directly into how I serve my clients. Real estate can be exciting, but it can also be stressful — especially when life is already complicated. I’m here to be the calm in the chaos, the steady voice, and the advocate who makes sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent over 20 years in banking and management, which gives my clients a huge advantage. I bring a strong understanding of the financial side of real estate, including experience with:

• VA loans

• Refinancing

• Home equity lines (HELOCs)

• Cash transactions

• Divorce-related real estate

• And the big-picture strategy behind making the smartest move possible

I’m a researcher by nature, and I truly have an “if there’s a will, there’s a way” mentality. I’m the type of agent who digs into the details, anticipates problems before they happen, and makes sure you always know what’s going on, because you deserve that level of communication and care.

When I’m not touring homes (which honestly never gets old), you’ll usually find me traveling, hunting for vintage treasures, or spending time outdoors. Some of my favorite places include Riviera Maya, Mexico, Terra Alta, West Virginia, and camping with my kids at Assateague Island. In our free time, my husband Mike and I also love giving back through volunteering including coaching youth flag football and supporting Junior Achievement.

And one of our biggest dreams? When our kids fly the coop in about seven years, we plan to travel the country in an RV for a season soaking up the freedom, the adventure, and the beauty of the places we’ve always wanted to explore.
