Meet Maria

Maria is where the Accardo Real Estate Team began. She started selling York County real estate in 2001 and has spent more than two decades doing the hardest job in the business at the highest level — getting listings sold. As the team's Lead Listing Specialist, she is the one sitting at your kitchen table when it's time to price, prep, and launch your home.

Along the way the industry kept handing her its next generation: she has managed incoming agents, served as Director of Career Development, and worked as a recruiter, mentor, and pre-licensing instructor. A meaningful share of York's agents learned the business from Maria — and now she competes against them on your behalf.

Before real estate she managed a home-improvement company, which is why her listing prep advice tends to be specific and right. A mother of three, Maria has built her entire business on referrals — clients who come back and send their friends, because every transaction is handled with integrity.
