Meet Phil

Phil is a York County native — Central York High School, class of 2005 — who studied computer science at Pennsylvania College of Technology before joining his mother Maria in real estate in 2010. Fifteen-plus years later, he leads the team.

The technology background is not a footnote; it is the team's edge. Phil builds the systems most agents rent or never get: the marketing automation, the data tools, and the AI-driven workflows that mean an Accardo listing is seen by more buyers and an Accardo client is never waiting on an update.

When he's off the clock you'll find him on a skateboard or flying a drone — which is also why the team's listing photography includes aerial shots most brokerages can't offer in-house.
